The White Room Gallery in East Hampton presents an opening reception for the exhibit “Imagine” on Saturday, February 7, from 5 to 7 PM.
“Imagination is as integral to the artistic process as the execution, fueling the genesis of creativity in all forms. It has been said that in fiction writing, there are only seven plots, but for painters and sculptors, the narratives are endless. Whatever is perceived can be achieved if the talent supports the intent. And for this exhibit, it most certainly does,” said a curator’s statement from Andrea McCafferty and Kat O’Neill. “We wanted to begin the new year with an inspirational presentation, one that intrigues, engages, excites, and celebrates all that is possible if you literally put your mind to it.”
Artists include John Joseph Hanright, Elise Remender, Paul D. Fuentes, Sabine Jindal, Tanner Valant, and more. The show runs through March 1.
