Ingredients

·      1 oz Free Spirits Gin

·      1/4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice

·      1/4 oz simple syrup

·      Lemon rind to make a lemon twist

·      3 oz chilled non-alcoholic sparkling wine such as Mionetto Alcohol-Removed Sparkling Wine or Giesen 0% BRUT or Freixenet Alcohol-Removed Sparkling White

Method

Build the drink by adding the non-alcoholic gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a glass. Stir. Pour into a Champagne flute or coup. Add the nonalcoholic sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon peel and enjoy!

·       1.5 oz Clean & Co Gin (zero proof) or substitute with another alcohol-free gin

·       0.5 oz Vanilla Reàl

·       0.75 oz Kiwi Reàl

·       0.5 oz Finest Call Single Pressed Lemon Juice

·       1.5 oz Fever-Tree Soda Water

Method

·       Stir ingredients over ice, top with soda water, and garnish with a mint sprig.
