This summer, Mavericks Montauk is introducing a Summer Winemaker Dinner Series offering an intimate dining experience in Mavericks’ private dining room with seating for just 20 guests. Each evening features a four-course tasting menu curated by Executive Chef Jeremy Blutstein and Pastry Chef Rémy Ertaud, paired with standout cuvées and rare back vintages hand-selected by Vanessa Price, Mavericks’ Wine Director and Managing Partner.
Each dinner is a guided journey co-hosted by a key representative from the featured winery and Vanessa, exploring flavor, terroir, and the people behind the bottle. Inspired by the geographic origin and stylistic nuances of each wine, the menus are rooted in Mavericks’ ethos of local sourcing and seasonal expression.

The kick-off dinner will feature Domaines Ott wines on Friday, June 13. It will begin with a Champagne reception at 6 PM, followed by the four-course dinner. The guest host will be Christophe Renard from Domaines Ott in Provence, France. Tickets are $325 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Guests will enjoy a deep dive into the iconic wines of Domaines Ott, including white, rosé, and red wines from their three estates, as well as rare pours en magnum that showcase the ageability and elegance of these Provençal wines.
